Report RHCDOC_DISPLAY not picking Appraisals ratings

Hi,

Standard report RHCDOC_DISPLAY is not picking Appraisal Ratings.

I have made changes in table T77CDOC_CUST by seeing few threads but am not getting ratings which client is asking for....

Config in T77CDOC_CUST:

Plan Version: 1

Object type: BA

Infotype: 0025

Subtype: *

Active: Checked-in

Please suggest.

Hi Venkat,

I hope you are using OSA for the appraisals ,for viewing the rating in individual document please check through T Code "phap_admin" or appsearch.For list of ratings of all employees there is no standard report,you have to develop the custom report.Plesae check the report RHHAP_DISPLAY_DB accessing the appraisal tables.

Thanks much for the reponse.

I am new to Appraisals. so I don't know what is OSA.

through APPSEARCH i can view appraisal ratings, but my requirement is to view the Change in Appraisal Ratings, in the form of Old and New data (Old Rating & New Rating).

is that possible through any of the standard reports.

I have tried RPUAUD00, but this can be used only when integration is Inactive (PLOGI APPRA), but I need integration to be active, and in this report am not getting ratings in the report inspite of doing on necessary configurations,...

Hi Venkat,

It is possible to track the changes in the appraisal document.Please enable Action Log in "Processing tab" .

Please find below the steps to activate the log:

T Code :phap_catalogue>Select Appraisal Template>Select "Processing" Tab>Action Log

Sorry for late reply.

actually i was trying out your solution.

I have created a category and template also done related configuration in IMG, but problem am facing was am not able to rate the employee.

I mean ratings field in PA30 --> IT0025 is not allowing entries, where we enter rating like met some epectations, outstanding etc.

if that happens, i can rate an EE and test the report. and i hope that ur solution works.

Please let me know where have I gone wrong.
