Hi All,
While doing the personnel actions (Hiring), 0000 and 0001 infotypes are skipping. straight away its going to 0002.
System is displaying the message, at least one infotype was skipped (authorization)

check wheter the IG is assisgned in t529A table, and also check wheter u maintained ifotypes for IGroup
Also check the infotype sequence.
As per my knowledge IT0000, IT0001, IT0002 should be the order inwhich it should be entered.
am not sure, how much this helps but have a look
While doing the personnel actions (Hiring), we are able to enter the 0000,0001 and 0002 infotypes. remaining infotypes are skipping.
Check the table V_T588D for the "Hire" info group whether all the required info types are specified and the users have access to those info types.

Please check weather the employee has authorizations for IT-0000/0001. You can use SU53 to check weather authorizations are met or not immediatly after you see the error message
