Xerox Printer - Performance issues

Hi Gurus

Hope someone out there can help out on a performance issue we have when generating large printjobs.

We resently made a vendor change from HP to Xerox.

Since that we have seen extended runtimes when generating large print from Finance like TC F.27

By extended runtime i mean going from 5 mins to several hours when generating the same spooljob.

There is no doubt that it has something to do with the Xerox Devicetype provided by SAP, but i would like to know if there are others out there with simular issues and if any of you guys have a solution or workaround for this.

Let me add up front that going back to HP is not an option 😊
