Control key PS02

Dear Experts,

When i enter the Activity (External) using PS02 Control key in the Project, system is asking for the Cost element, Material Group and Purchasing group.

I have configured the Planning profile, which has default cost element for the PS02 control key but system is not using the default cost element for the PS02 control key. Further more, when i enter the cost element, and then material group , system over writes the cost element.

Can some one answer this.

Take help from your MM consultant for following steps:

1) Create Valuation class

2) assign valuation class to material group

3) maintain G/L account in OBYC in accoun modifier GBB-VBR.

The G/L account (cost element) will be populated automatically.

You need to maintain the GL in network profile to default from the system while creating external activity.

If the GL for material group is different from one available in the network profile then system will automatically replace it, it is a standard behavior.
