TEM Follup activities

Hi All,

It is regarding Training and event mgt follow up activities, where Employee attended course and his course details has to be updated at qualifications infotype as well as he should able to appriase business event.

Kindly let me know where need to be configured.

Hi,

You can configure employee qualifications in PA-> Personal data->Employee Qualifications. After configuring it will be available in TEM for appraisals.

Thanks for your reply but my understanding is In training and event management Training Administrator set up courses and Employees select course booking> after course attendence , Training admin should Transfer Qualification at Qualifications infotype.

Advise me if my understanding is wrong.

Hello,

Your understanding is true and correct Trg admin will consult the employee manager and transfers the obtained qualification ( after undergoing training/course)

the obtained qualifications are updated using a report.

here qualificationa may be anything like Knowledge, Skills or abilities.

Hi Sajith,

You need to determine qualifications imparted by relevant business event type via PP01.

Select otype D and relevant business event group.

Then select Relationships and hit Create.

Create A 028 relationship for each of the relevant Q (qualification) objects.

Then in Follow up screen, you see all the imparted qualifications.

You can assign the qualifications to employee selectively.

For appraisal, create the form in PHAP_CATALOG t-code and for each business event create a appraisal instance via PHAP_CREATE t-code.

I explored and maintained relationship of qualifiaction to business event type but thanks for detailed information.

Hi Dilek,

I have create appraisal form in TCode: PHAP_CATALOG and for business event created a appraisal instance via TCode: PHAP_CREATE but unable to view under Business events > TCode: PV15 - Follow up > Business Event & Click on Data Screen > Press F8 or click on Business Event Apprisal.

Is there any assignment missing while configuration ?

Hi Sajith,

Please create a relationship between the Event Type and Appraisal document:

a)Relationship type 608

b)It has to be created in Planning Status "2"

When i try to maintain relationship (608) between business event to Apprisal template

may i know where can i find : Planning statu '2'

Hi Sajith,

1) T Code: PP01,here you will find different tabs :Active,Planned and so on...

2) Select the Tab "Planned" and create the relationship as suggested in previous reply.

Hi Sushil,

As per your advise i have maintained qualification relationship under "Planned" status but still cannot see relationship when i perform follow up Tcode PV15. But when i maintain relationship in "Active" status and run PV15 i can see Attendee and qualification relationship.

Am I maintaining correctly ?

1. Under same screen " ACTIONS FOR ATTENDANCES" are showing blank and message as :"No actions have been defined for attendees with regard to relationships"

Any idea where to maintain relationship ?

2. Under "Other Actions" system shows message as " Confirmations of attendance: No automatic function has been defined" may i know where to configure this step ?
