Getting error while creating maintenance transaction in tcode DSWP

I am getting below error when I am creating new maintenance transaction in solution manager tcode DSWP and selecting option automatically select files

Transaction must be assigned to a Standalone Product Version

When I am choosing the option select manually ,it is working fine.

please guide me from here

I added both SRM 7.0 and SRM 7.0 EhP1 in SMSY and for the MOPZ, used SRM 7.0 and it worked. I had raised an OSS message to SAP and SAP also confirmed that this is the workaround.

I am also facing a similar problem with Ehp1 for SAP SRM 7.0

Hi,

Make sure the correct Product Version is assigned for the system in SMSY tcode.

Check the Header Data tab for the same. If its an ERP (+ any EhP) system, the Product Version should be SAP ERP only.

Similarly for any other like SAP CRM, SAP CRM, SAP Netweaver etc.

Hi Sri,

The product version is maintianed correctly under SCM 7.0 EHP1.

We are getting EWA reports regularly for the system SCM 7.0 EHP1 which we have installed.

The only problem we are facing is in automatic selection of files in the maintenance transaction.

Hi,

I feel that is the problem. SCM 7.0 EhP1 is not a standalone product version. Try adding SCM 7.0 as well to the header data of the system. I remember getting the same error if an ERP system is only assigned ERP EhP4. Adding SAP ERP solves the issue. Although the behavior is strange.
