How to Activate the Tcodes : MCS1 & MCSI

Hi Experts,

How to activate the Tcodes of MCS1 & MCSI ?

Note: I have done all the LIS configuration settings and some of the Tcodes like MCTA, MC+2 etc.. are working fine. except the above two Tcodes

Pls guide me
