Characteristics results can't be recorded

Hi

In QA32 experienced the below error

Characteristics results cann't be recorded for inspection lot 01000000590.

Please advise what are the steps to be performed in which Tcodes.

First check QM view

1.If you have ticked on Inspection with task list .

then check whether task list is attached to the lot.Means lot should have REL status & not CRTD.

You must have task list exists for this lot with past date & valid Usage.

Now after creation of task list go to QA02 & attache the task list so that status of lot will become REL

2.Second reason could be "You have not ticked on "heck char " in QM view ispection type.If not Ticked then you can not record result for existing lot.

Did u created Inspection Plan In QP01 after that Create QS21 Master Inspection Characteristics in that U need to Enable Qualitative There It will ask for The Characteristic attribute and inspection catalogs and u will have an option Classification as well then u assign inspection lot
