Configuring Wiley Introscope

Hello all,

I have installed Wiley introscope...How to set these values in UNIX environment..?

1.Introscope_Enterprise_Manager.lax: Enterprise Manager launched with script

Introscope_Enterprise_Manager (typically only on Unix). Adapt

lax.nl.current.vm to the full path of the VM to use (if you want to change the

default) and use lax.nl.java.option.additional to modify Java VM

parameters.

2.Set the Java VM parameter u2013Djava.awt.headless=true for all platforms.

Hi,

- Open the file Introscope_Enterprise_Manager.lax using a text editor like vi. And set the parameter lax.nl.current.vm.

- Set the Java VM parameter too in the above file using text editor.

Hello all,

I have edited that file and Enterprise Manager has started running.

Now when i try to import Wiley Enterprise Manager,i provided the path where the Wiley is installed and below it says No agents found.

I have already connected my diagnostic agent to Solution Manager.

Can u please suggest on how to proceed?

You would have to run the diagnostics agent wizard along with introscope agent wizard.

Hello Srikishan,

Yea i went through the link. The thing is in System Preparation step under Connect Diagnostic Agent, I have the Diagnostic agent in the list which is already present in the solution manager. But the connection status shows 'pending' for a long time....

I think due to this, i cant see this Diagnostics agent while installing at Basic Preparation step.

Kindly clarify why the connection status remain pending?
