Loan repayment in the past payroll

Hello All,

I have scenario at one of the client in company loans.

Payroll is run before end of the month like on 25.10.2011 and annuity loan interest is deducted on the bases of end of the month.

now the question if payment/repayments of loan are made after 25.10.2011 i.e. after payroll run, SAP doesn't pick up these payment types in the next payroll run without having retroactive payroll. My question is this possible we can include these payments next the next payroll run i.e. nov 2011 without running retroactive payroll. Thank you.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

FG

Why do you not want to run a retro?

The Retro-active processing in SAP Payroll is a very powerful tool and removes the requirement of manual calculations. Let the system do the work?

Use a wagetype in IT14 to compensate the Loan amount difference. Since you are following IT45 as i believe, system calculates monthly, unless you perform a retro run.
