Second time unable to change Adjust properties in standard reusable EC

Hi SapTeam,

I have added faced as standard reuse EC(COD_Documentlist.ec) to my custom TI screen for attachment tab.

Since document title is showing in when clicking add local file button

In Adjust properties I have made none to true after that second time I am reverting back and It is not reverting.

Please help on this.
