Statistical Process Control (SPC) with Mean and Range Graphic

Hi Experts:

My customers wants the following SPC graphic ==> Mean and Range.

We are using on our testings Control Charg 516 - IR-chart / n=1 / k=2 / samples / USA. On inspection Lot why are using one (1) Inspection Point, but this graphic show us Mean and Moving Range.

Do you know which is the SPC graphic Mean and Range that is the result from to the high value minus low value.
