Could any body suggest UBUNTU supports SAP GUI officially or is there any new configuration to be done ?

Hi,
As per SAP product availability matrix ubuntu is still not supported by SAP and until now there are no plans to support ubuntu.
Please check http://service.sap.com/pam for checking compatible versions for SAP products.
