Warning message

Hi All

Whenever we are creating the Inbound delivery by using tcode:VL31N.

We are getting Warning message"Notified quantity less than goods

receipt quantity",now business wants to eliminate the warning

message,while creating the inbound delivery.Any configuration settings

are there to eliminate the above warning message.could you please advice on this issue.
