Body of text for User Decision

Hi Experts,

In my scenario while sending user decision mail for approve or cancel, here I need to send mail with body of text

Like :


Scheduling agreement date:

Material Description:

Rejected by:

Rejection reason:

Now I can include subject of mail using parameters (decision tab).

But here I am not able to include body of text.

Please any one can suggest solution for this.

    Hello !

    Double click on user decision step in worflow.

    Cick on "Task description - click here to go to task... ".Go to "Description" tab.

    Click "Change text" button.Microsoft Word editor appears now where you can maintain body of text for user decision.

    • Hello !

      You have to create workflow containers and task containers for purchasing document like parameters with import and export checkboxes checked.

      Thereafter, you'll be able to see purchasing document like parameters like adhoc_objects, attach_objects etc. in the menu path : Include -> Expression.
