A couple of questions on a user define matrix in 2004

Hi

I have got a couple of questions ref a user defined matrix in 2004 -

When a user clicks on a row is it possible to highlight that row ? I have tried omatrix.select but seem to get an error.

If the user clicks on a column header is there a quick way of sorting that data accordingly or do you have to reload the data having sorted it correctly

Regards Andy

    Question one :

yes it's possible, define the columns as not enabled and set the matrix property to be able to select the line (property SelectionMode of the matrix)

then on the event on click of the matrix, use the property SelectRow of the matrix

    dsa_Matrix.SelectRow(pVal.Row, True, False)

    Question two

In SBO 2004, it's not possible to sort column directly, you have to clear it, and reload the data using the good sort.
