We just started a weird problem in our netweaver QAS environment that team viewer comes up with blank employee list. We checked all function modules on ABAP side and I spent half day researching on SDN and checked some RFC function modules, views etc and everything seems to be fine. The employee data is returning fine but it is just not being displayed in team viewer iview! So, we are seeing an empty table with radio buttons to select an employee who is not displayed and if I select the radio button and go to "employee selection" the employee shows up fine on the next iview! So, the employee is invisible on the main team viewer iview and user has no way of knowing whom they are selecting without able to see the data on the screen. I spent lof of time already but no luck. Please send me any feedback if you can.
