Bind the header and row output values of the connection to the header...??

Hi,

I've got some data in BIondemand and am trying to create a template in xcelsius using this guide:

I'm fine up until 6d where it says:

Bind the header and row output values of the connection to the header and rows in the spreadsheet by clicking the button at the end of the Range field.

I've followed thee instruction but not sure where I'm supposed to bind this to or if something should change hen I do this, also I cant do step 9 because I can't see a Download Xcelsius File button.
