Cannot save as to spreadsheet

Hi

how do we give authorization for a user to save a list as spreadsheet?

right now the user only has "Send, Office, ABC Analysis & Copy to clipboard" as options when he clicks on the export icon of a list, user is missing the option to save as a spreadsheet & local file.

Is this an authorization issue or something else?

Can the user export the list via the toolbar System (toolbar) --> List -

> Save -

> Local File -

---

> Spreadsheet ?

Not sure if it is a permission issue is it one transaction and all users? Permissions can be added via T-Code SU02, and added in the profile section. Please let us know if it happens on ALL lists and if it is only for this user.
