Is it possible to add customer field in QI01

Hi experts,

my client want to record additional infomation about Q-info record, such as confirm department, date and so on.

I want to append some new field into table QINF, and add new screen area to enter value while using QI01 to create Q-info record.

Is there any user-exit or other solution?

I check the two exits you provided, but it can't enter exits in QI01.

As per my knowledge there is not user exit for this

U can use enhancement area for ur requirement. take help of abaper.
