Hi Veselina,
after post executing the ABAP report SFW_CHECK_EA_SWITCHES as mentioned in the SNote #1561940, compensation tab is showing the value in sale order and billing document.
but the question is chargeback document is not generated while saving the billing document, so is there is any specific setting for this, if yes kindly share with me.
Thanks a lot

could you please share the sap note 2366031 on aadityabajoria@gmail.com

Below setting is also done.

The purchasing organization is in the condition contract - read carefully the archived thread link, which I mentioned. The explanations by Muhammad are very detailed - if you read these, you won't need the note - I believe, that the KBA was created as a result of the communications between him and SAP.
Hi Veselina,
Any idea why I am getting this error please?

Alex.
Go through the official SAP documentation for Settlement Management: https://uacp.hana.ondemand.com/http.svc/rc/PRODUCTION/51cdc353b677b44ce10000000a174cb4/1511%20002/en... and you will hopefully understand how it works and why you get this error.
Hello Veselina,

it would be great help from your side if you share the SCN link which will help us to solve the issue.

Yes, the note number is correct - I have it as a pdf copy (stored locally). I am just as shocked as you, that the note is not available anymore: after all, this was a KBA, released just a few months ago.
I am not allowed to paste the note content (ROE restrictions among other reasons), but basically the note explained that the system searches for condition contracts based on customer, pricing date, sales area and purchasing organization. It seems a bit counter-intuitive, but you actually need the purchasing organization to be determined in the sales order - otherwise it was stated, that your condition contract will not appear in the compensation tab.
One good archived discussion, to which I referred to configure the initial customizing for condition contracts is this: Settlement Management : Condition Contract
The recommendations from the note and the discussion helped me make some progress for 1511, but I have not tried it yet for 1610 (on the back-burner). I saw that a few notes were issued recently for condition contracts, maybe this is the reason why the mentioned KBA is not available anymore - probably there are some changes to the concept.
I actually got stuck at the settlement step - now I noticed that there is a note, issued for the error, which I got: 2405087 - Condition contract settlement with the settlement partner "None".
Make sure, that you check with your BASIS colleague what additional corrections you need implemented for this process and not step onto the same rakes as me 🙂 .

Have you gone through sap note 2366031 - Condition determination from condition contracts in Sales orders? It explains how the system searches for condition contracts, which are displayed in the compensation management tab. I think, there were some archived discussions on this topic in SCN, and some helpful member posted in greater detail the discussions, which were held with SAP support on this subject.
Hello Veselina,
Thanks a for your support issue resolved.
With reagrds
Hitesh
