Migrating B1 8.8 and SQL 2005 to a new Hyper V Server with add-ons

Hello Everyone,

Our servers are starting to get old and are in need of a serious upgrade. We are proposing migrating into a power server and then using Hyper V to run multiple VM's. The SQL server and B1 8.8 will be on the same VM. Our exchange and other applications will be on another VM. We have been contemplating running a terminal server as well. Anyway's the current environment is using SQL 2005 with Windows Server 2003. What would be the best upgrade path to move it to the new Windows 2008 R2 hyper V environment and upgrade the Database to SQL 2008? Our Installation of B1 has several add-ons including ZedIt eCommerce package, CitiXsys credit card processing and Boyumit software package. I appreciate all of the responses.
