Type of output in Report Painter

Hi All

At selection screen of report painter (GRR3) we have tab of 'output parameters'. In output parameters there is an option 'type of output'.

The type 'microsoft excel 2007' looks much better than inactive version. The issue is even if we save the variant in 'microsoft excel 2007' it shows spool with 'inactive version'. Inactive version doesn't shows all the rows in one page if we have more than 4 rows.

Is there a way we can sent output type 'microsoft excel 2007' to spool or all rows in a single page.

We need 'excel version' to be sent to us on every 1st of month.

Why do you need sent the report painter to spool? Can you execute it in foreground mode?
