Formatting issue when uploaded to Server

I have developed a report in Crystal report 2008 and we exported it into our BO Server.

The report opens in Crystal report viewer 2008.

Everything in the report is ok other than some formatting issues like

1, We have three columns in a row.Have the text size of 1000 char.

In the Crystal report viewer 2008. we found that columns are overlapping .

2, Other issue is that in some fields the text are going out from the border.

Anybody please help me to fix this issues............................
