merging of companies in aa module

hi every body,

we have two merging companies in one company.

the assets of these two companies are goingto be transferred to other one so we tried to use abso 250 trans type.

is there any easy way to transfer these assets to the company.

what i thought is has tree parts with the help of as01 i am gonna copy the assets with referance then wiht abso 220 trans type

i am gonna retire these two companies assets and again using the abso 153 i am planning to transfer the assets.

is this right or is there any easy way to do it.
