Central Confirmation with role /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT is not working

Dear all,

I need your help. We are using SRM_SERVER-70104INSRMSRV and we like to use standard role /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT for goods confirmation. We have the described issues:

1. Function: <Central confirmation> and <Central Confirmation>

If we select <Central Confirmation> and all purchase orders will be

selected and shown.

Error: After mark a PO the button <Create Confirmation with Reference>

is not activated and the confirmation can not be created.

2.Function: <Create Documents> and <Confirmation>

If we select <Central Confirmation> and <Create Documents> and

<Confirmation> an additional window with search functions will be opened.

Error: After input a PO number or try to search all PO's there are provided

no results. The screen is empty in any case.

Result: We can't create a central confirmation for PO's.

What's wrong ? Is this an error ?

Hello,

I had this issue as well. The problem was that I had to set the "Goods Recipient Confirmation Expected" in SRM vendor master.

After that, confirmatioins could be created successfully.

Hi Ricardo,

the GR flag is set in vendor master data and in PO as well. Unfortunaltelly this is not the issue.

Hi Harsha,

it was a bug in PlugIn for R/3 Rel. 4.6c. The answer from SAP OSS was that we had to modify some function modules in R/3 to select the right data for SRM.
