Portal 7.3 Theme Cache

Hi

Im doing some manual look and feel changes in .css files (com.sap.portal.design.portaldesigndata/urdesigndata) are not reflecting in the portal. Im sure this is a portal cache problem as each time i restart the instance it refreshes every .CSS file.

How can i disable this type of cache?

All IViews Framework Cache propertys are properly configured so i think this is probably something related to LaF Service and not the framework itself.

This situation does not happen on 7.0 Portal.

Note: I have cleared browser cache and force browser to request new data every time
