which is the best option to go with while upgrading (SP13 or EHP1)

Hi

We are facing some common issues with 7.1 server, we are planning to go with the server upgrade.

Which will be the best option to go with, should we upgrade the server to SP13 or upgrade to EHP1

I have the following queries regarding the upgrade.

- Which SP level resolves the AXIS Frame Work Issue?

- As per my understanding DIR API issue is resolved in EHP1. Is this issue resolved in any of the SP's?

- What is the impact to existing PI interfaces if we decide to go with SP 13 or EHP1?
