Replacement GUI of SAP GUI 7.20

Dear Forum,

will there be a replacement of GUI 7.20 or is no newer version planned?

If there will be a replacement - what version will it be? Are SAP notes available (I couldn't find any).

Jude is correct.

As far as I know SAP GUI 7.30 is planned for Q3/2012.

SAP GUI 7.30 is available now. I'm not sure if also Office 64 Bit is supported. There is a documentation (SAP_GUI_FAMILY.pdf) that means

"

Microsoft Office Support

- With SAP GUI for Windows 7.30 we support the 32 bit version of the Microsoft Office 2010

(Office 14). The use of the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office 2010 is also supported on 64 bit

versions of the operating system.

- Currently there is no support for the 64 bit version of Microsoft Office. The support for 64 bit

Office versions will come with the 64 bit version of the SAP GUI for Windows (expected by

Q4 2012 / Q1 2013)"

I assume that Office 2010 64 Bit is not supported yet.

7.30 gui will be the next version.

No notes yet,but take a look at this thread

for a sneak preview of the Security Module.

7.30 should also have native 64-bit support which can run Office 2010 64-bit,which is not possible under the present 7.20 gui.
