After upgrade from 2007 to 8.81 user gets error when trying to print a standard system crystal report layout.

He is trying to print a Sales order. Using the standard Crystal report layout 'A/R Sales Order (Item) CR (CA) (System)'

Same error when trying to print other standard Crystal report layouts for example AR Invoice.
