Requirement to report on entries to Case management Note fields by date of

We are implementing CRM Case Management for a social services agency. Their cases require a narrative to be maintained in a single note field, to be updated throughout the life of the case. Cases may be open for several years. The use of separate note fields would result in the existence of dozens, if not hundreds of individual note fields, which would be unusable.

We require the ability to report on entries made to this note field within a specified date range. Is there a system table which records basic data related to updates to these text fields in a CRM Case? Is there a way to relate the updates to the specific information entered at a specific date and time? If this is not possible, it would be a showstopper which would lead this agency to search for a different software solution.

    Dear Alannis,

    It is not possible in the standard product. Of course, things may be coded to behave as one want them to but this if possible can only be a development.
