Dear SmartForm experts,
In SAP Solution Manager, Service Desk, we want to use (as per SAP recommendation) email notification via SmartForms.
In the to be created SmartForm we want to include the current "support team". This should appear in the smartform text.
As per the default/template forms CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01, CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_02 or CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_03 there are many information available, however the "support team" is not amongst any of
these.
In the smartform CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_03 I see some coding
* determine partner details ....
Perform get_partner_details
using partner_h orderadm_h-guid
changing PARTNER_CUSTOMER_WRK
PARTNER_SHIPTO_WRK
GS_BAPIADDR
GS_BAPIADDR_MITABT.
but this is all about customer (Reporter) and ship-to-party. So I guess there are only minor steps required to get also the support team in a similar way.
Can you give me any hints how to do this?
