SAP Crystal Reports XI 4.0 is not connecting to the enterprise

Hi,

We have a new BOXI 4.0 version installed on server, also installed client tools on client machines, we installed crystal reprots java from addon's. When i open crystal reports and in Data -> Choose Data source..."There has been a problem getting supported data sources from the server." is the error i got....i tried to logon from File -> Logon i am able to logon to Enterprise with Administrator. Apart from this all other components in eneterprise are working fine.
