update text in delivery thorugh idoc

Hi,

I am trying to update text in delivery through idoc DELIVERY03. There are text segments in idoc, I entered text in them but it does not work. Then I put code in an exit and by using save_text I saved the text.

After idoc is processed, I can see entry in STXH table and I can see text when I executed FM read_text. But when I go inside the transaction, I dont see the text there.

The text that I am trying to uplaod is reason code text.

Please help.
