Visual Configuration Tool (VCT)

Hi all

I am trying to make changes to screen layouts and orders, I have done this many times before, however when I try and enter into the tool I get the following message:

Error occurred when calling VCT method Load

[SAP Note 409700|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/409700] describes the manual registration of the VCT Tool. So please read the note carefully. Attached to the note are two ZIP Files. The VisualizerControls.zip contains the standard control which are delivered by a common SAPGui installation. Visulizer(SpecialEdition).zip you might need in case of problems while configure the screen sequence. Unzip the two files (Visu_SE.exe and Vistransmitter.OXC) and follow the

instructions in the note.

Please also check your authorisation on the local PC. You must have at least administrative rights to register both components. Second thing is that both components use Active-X functionality. The Active-X must be allowed on the PC.

One last thing: Are you using CRM2007? Tool is not supported in that version!
