Table data into spreadsheet using SE16N

Hello all,

I am wanting to pull data for all materials manufactured in my plant only.

Then I am wanting to cross reference these material numbers with specified drawing numbers that are under MM02 basic data in table MARA.

Using SE16 what is the process for creating this table into excel?

Hi Chris,

Once the table is displayed, Go To -> Table View -> Select Print.

Here, the table will be displayed in a print preview format.

Now you will find the 'Spreadsheet' Icon, here you can export it to excel sheet.

dear friend,

if you're after materials, there is a more simple way:

run t-code MM60

execute it for data you need

looking at result layout just hit the 'Microsoft Excel' icon or (CtrlShiftF7)

good luck!

Gman,

You have asked two questions, one about SE16, and one about SE16N. I will answer about SE16, which I believe is easiest.

SE16 > Table name. Then Settings > User Parameters. On the Data Browser tab select 'ALV list'. Green check. Now, display your data; it will be displayed in ALV format. When all data is displayed, select the Excel Icon in the Icon bar. Select the method you wish, and export directly to Excel.

Best Regards,

Go MARC, Put you plant & download all the material in Excel. Go to Edit - Download - Spreadsheet. Now copy this material in multiple selection of MARA. You can also copy paste this list in notepad & attached in Upload form clipboard option.
