Hello, have a requirement where client would like to know, how long back we are able to reprint documents in SAP. From Legal point of view, they have to keep created invoices for 10 years. Do they need to keep it in paper form, or are we able to reprint same invooice layout few years later.
Please help to suggest if there are any output settings

Unless you archieve the Documents you can re-print then as & when you require in future. In other words, if the documents are not archieved, you do not need to keep paper copies.
