Hello experts,
I try to connect Custom, Sybase (SQL Anywhere) database to the `Data Servers` of MII.. Steps that i have done as follows;
Section: http://<host>:50000/XMII/Menu.jsp -> System Management -> JDBC Drivers section
I uploaded jconn4.jar JDBC driver of jConnect(Sybase Connector). Then i deployed it.
After deploying i have created a Connector named SYBDB.
Section: http://<host>:50000/XMII/Menu.jsp -> Data Services -> Data Servers
Following information is the specification of DB.
JDBCDriver: com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybDriver
Server Package: com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.connectors.IDBC
ServerURL : jdbc:sybase:Tds:<db_host>:<db_port>?database=<db_name>&USER=<user_name>&PASSWORD=<password>;
UserName: <user_name>
Password: <password>
Validate Query: SELECT GETDATE()
After all configuration i clicked `Enabled` checkbox, then saved it.
Unfortunately, when i click on to `Status` button. It tells me that "Status: Stopped"...
What is wrong with my configuration? Can anyone tell me his/her configuration?
Is Server URL written in the corrent form?
Thank you..
Version of JDBC connector does not allow us to connect.
When we deployed, lower version of jConnect, the problem was solved.
jConnect version: 6.0
