Changes to Infopackages and DTPs should not ask for a Change Request.

Hello,

I created Process chains in development. I transport those Process chains to Quality and Production. In quality or in Production I need to fine tune (make changes) to the Infopackages and to the DTPs.

I do not want these objects types (Only DTPs and Infopackages) in quality and in production to ask for change request when changed. Of course I want these to be changeable.
