the status is empty when i use Tcode R3AM1 after i use the tcode RSAS

I install two SAP Ides,one is ECC6.0 ,anohter is CRM7.0.

i want to configruation the middleware to replicate some data from ecc to crm .

i refrence the SAP best Practice to config,but after these,i use the RSAS to up;oad the object 'DNL_CUST_SALES',but R3AM1 is yellow,and the status is empty,who can tell me why? thank you .
