Issue with Currency key figure - ERROR in place of $

Hi All,

We have a currency key figure used in one of our reports. This is based on a currency key figure in the cube for which we have values. This currency key figure is based on the Unit/Currency - 0STAT_CURR. And in the cube the the value for 0STAT_CURR is USD.

The issue is for certain documents the value in the report for this currency field is with a value 281154.56 which is same as in the cube. But in the report in addition to the value its also suffixed with 281154.56 ERROR. It should have been $ 281154.56.

Can you all guys help me out as to what could be the issue here?

Hi Suman,

If you are getting this error only for specific records then you should check the data in infocube, basically check the value of currency key in that record.

This might not be the general issue but very specific to some records.

In the cube the data for the field is 281.154,56. The Currency key Unit is 0STAT_CURR. And as I mentioned earlier the value for the Currency key figure in the cube is USD.

The issue is not with all the records, except for specific ones. But for the error records as well in the cube the data is same as others.

Hi,

I think the issue is not the data its related to the service pack (probably is would have occur when SP upgrade happened )

So many issues are raised with same kind of nature and also issued so many OSS notes .

look in to below link and notes it may help or else better you can raise for OSS.
