Change the header/title text of a view

Hi,

We have a requirement to change the header/title text(top left corner's) of a view. Let's say when we click on marketing - a view is opened on the rhs of the page and this view has a title 'Marketing' ...now I want to change the title from marketing to some thing else...

Please suggest.
