Making the recipient field as mandatory based on material

I have recipient field as a mandatory through configuration OICMPL, but it is showing mandatory for all fields.my requirement is to make only for particular material reservation.

Ex if i entered only 4 material in component it has to show only for 4 recipient field as mandatory
