Dear SAPer,
I created condition value via SAP SD standard output type MAIL, and doubt on how to
get the recipient determination for output type MAIL.
see below pic for your easily understanding.
Here, system pop up a message box, and I click 'YES' to continue.
I indicated 'express', and back to the initial screen.
but I really not understand how system know which recipient will be sent out if I using this output type?
from my initial thinking, I want sales order to trigger out output type MAIL to notify warehouse
keeper to prepare the stock in advance. this is SAP internal message transmission.
Anyone, please give me some advice how to determine the recipient, meanwhile, what is the usage of dummy recipient?
Hi Jurgen
Thanks for your email, and wish you happy new year!
Not sure where to define the user determination rules?
I do not understand why system recognize creator or changer as recipient in the output.
from my point of view, creator or changer knew what they done in system, it is not necessary to notify them again.
thanks for your further reply when you are back.
