Hi,

You can acheive this by setting changeability indicator as 1. Path way is spro,mm,purchasing,PR, RELEASE PRO WITH CLASSIFICATION, SETUP RELEASE PROCEDURE, RELEASE INDICATOR. Here select release ID for PR and select details icon.Got to changes after release proces, give changeability indicator as 1. This allows not to change or derelease the PR. Thanking you.

Hi

you can restrict user department to de- release by setting Release prerequisite according to your requirement..

Hi,

First of all the User who creates the PR, shoukd not have the release authorization.

The release hearchy should be above User level. So he or she cannot de-release the PR.

Hope you understand the business process.

Hi,

if 'Person 1' is prerequisite for 'Person 2', then the release done by

'Person 2' must be cancelled as well if the release done by 'Person 1'

is cancelled.

Since its already said that Person 1 is the pre requisite for the

Person 2 release,if you revoke the person 1 release strategy, the system

considers that the initial pre requisite is not met.So it cancells the

Person 2 release strategy too.

I think there is no way you can change this.

Ashwini.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion.

As Padmasri said, if you have to do this via customising, you have to change the release indicator to 1, so that there will not be

any more changes done by anyone after the release.

Or else you can take basis help to not give authorization to de-release the PR from the same person who has authorization to release the PR (in this case store dept)

Regards,

Ashwini.
