Integration 6.0 Configuration error

System Configuration: Windows 2008 Server Enterprise SP 2 x64, NetWeaver 7.3 SP 4, SAP ME 6.0, SAP MII 12.2 SP 2

Error occured while execution of "SAP Meint Configuration wizard" on 79th step. HTTPS is configured properly in profile:

FileName: usr\sap\S01\SYS\profile\S01_J00_HQ-SAP-MES-01

icm/server_port_4 = PROT=HTTPS, PORT=50001, VCLIENT=0

Why the wizard tries to connect through the HTTP instead of HTTPS?

The ME Application is stated and running. User SITE_ADMIN logs in successfully using "http://HQ-SAP-MES-01:50000/manufacturing" or "https://HQ-SAP-MES-01:50001/manufacturing" link.
