How to take print out of external document from SAP B1 8.8

Hi All,

the user would like to take print of checks from outgoing payments screen ,for this we prepared one crystal report and it is working fine, but the user wants to take another external document which we called payment details along with check at a time, external document may be in word format or PDF format.....is it possible in SAP B1 ?both Check and external document should be came print out one by one.
