NAKISA -> Succession Planning ->Employees -> Grid

Dear All

When i'm trying Searching for Employee->Grid and i choose Talent Group.

Example i type : T the result willl show.

But when i type : Skill Devt & Career Develpment the result return Search Return No records

This issue i'm not sure back end process or xml configuration in AdminConsule.
