Error in IPC config

Hi Gurus,

I am facing the error as An error occured including /ipc/mimes/scripts/jscripts.jsp: <br/> Error in JSP..

this is happening while I am trying to access the URL of destination UI_CFG (defined in COMM_IPC_URL ) what can be the possible reason, please help me with this..
