Receiver Mail Adapter

Hi Team,

I am presently working on a File to Mail Senario. According to my requirments , I need to fetch a file from a FTP folder and send mail with that file as attachment. I am able to achive upto this.

Now the requirments got changed.. I need to send a mail with file as attchment and also the Mail should have a body content.

This is where i got stuck. If any one has implemented such a kind of scenario , please provide your suggestions.
